Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation program.
• Responsible for good running programs for a live or taping show.

Requirements

• Male, with maximum age 28 years old.
• Bachelor degree S1 in Broadcast, Journalism, Mass Communications or equivalent from reputable University.
• Minimum GPA that you must have is 3.00.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Any experience in production television or production house as a Program Director is preferable.
• Having experienced in making the show program, at least involved in the making show talk show programs, music entertainment, etc.
• Having good knowledge technical programming indoor / outdoor.
• interpersonal, good communication skills and strong leadership.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.

• Reviewing contract agreement with customer
• Prepare Legal Documents in order to formulate draft agreement

Requirements

• Female, Max age 28 years old .
• Min. S1 Law from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00
• Minimum 2 years experience as Legal Officer or corporate legal,
• Strong analytical skill,

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coverage to get the latest news from the actual sources for the news program aired in accordance with the directives of the producer concerned.

Requirements

• S1 any discipline, preferably from the journalistic.
• From reputable university with GPA of at least 3.00
• Age 23-26 years old.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a reporter (but fresh graduate are encouraged to apply).
• Skill competancy : excellent communication skill, news writing, video & audio techniques, editing and creative.
• Good looking, at least 160 cm tall.
• Having good skills in English language.
• Tenacious, persistent, able to team work, able to work under time pressure, able to work within the extensive work.

Responsibilities

• Arranging all administrative matters to helping directors during and after the production stage.
• Responsible for the preparation method and the concept of work from planning through to post production needed by employers in the creative creation program.

Requirements

• Male or Female, with maximum age 25 years old.
• Bachelor degree S1 in Broadcast from reputable University.
• Minimum GPA that you must have is 3.00.

• Any experience in production television or production house as a Production Assistant is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Research materials for supporting the program needs.
• Producing creative ideas.
• Create a rundown, scripts, treatments and break down the script, cue cards in accordance with the needs of each design production program.

Requirements

• Female/ Male Age max. 25 years old.
• S1 degree in Broadcast or equivalent from reputable university, with GPA min. 3.00

Responsibilities

• Handling training & development project.
• Designing Training Programs (External and In-House Training), Training Need Analysis and Training Evaluation Activity.
• Estimated the cost based on the results of training needs analysis.
• Manage training database.

Requirements

• Female/ Male Age max. 28 years old.
• S1 degree in Psychology from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00.
• Min. 3 year experience in handling training program.
• Familiar with Ms. Office programs and English literate it must.
• Handling training & development project.
• To ensure that the Training Program provides for the training needs identified at appraisals.
• Mastering identification of training needs, designing training programs and product knowledge of training module, training evaluation also delivering training itself.
• Creative, good interpersonal relationship, high degree of initiative, fast learner, persistence, hard worker and able to work under pressure with tight deadline and with minimal supervision.
