Pekanbaru Jobs & Careers----Tahun 2012, TNI Angkatan Udara akan melaksanakan penerimaan calon Karbol AAU dengan alokasi sebanyak 100 orang. Kegiatan tersebut merupakan program pembangunan kekuatan dibidang personel guna memenuhi kebutuhan perwira yang disiapkan untuk mengawaki organisasi TNI AU.

Persyaratan Umum

Persyaratan Khusus
Pendidikan terakhir serendah-rendahnya tamatan SMA jurusan IPA, dengan ketentuan SKHUN sebagai berikut:

1. Lulusan Tahun 2007 dan 2008, nilai rata-rata tidak kurang dari 6,5 dan salah satu mata pelajaran tidak boleh ada nilai dibawah 6.
2. Lulusan tahun 2009 nilai rata-rata akumulatif untuk 10 mata pelajaran yang terdiri dari 6 mata pelajaran UAN dan 4 mata pelajaran UAS (pendidikan agama, PKN, sejarah dan teknik informatika) adalah 7, dari 10 mata pelajaran tersebut hanya diperbolehkan 1 mata pelajaran yang nilainya di bawah 6 dengan batas bawah 5,5.
3. Lulusan tahun 2010 nilai rata-rata akumulatif untuk 10 mata pelajaran yang terdiri dari 6 mata pelajaran UAN dan 4 mata pelajaran UAS (pendidikan agama, PKN, sejarah dan teknik informatika) adalah 7, dari 10 mata pelajaran tersebut hanya diperbolehkan 1 mata pelajaran UAN yang nilainya di bawah 6 dengan batas bawah 5,4.
4. Lulusan Tahun 2011, dengan ketentuan nilai akhir gabungan nilai UN dengan nilai UAS, nilai akhir rata-rata minimal 7,25 dan tidak ada nilai dibawah 6,00.
5. Lulusan Tahun 2012 akan ditentukan kemudian.

• Tinggi badan minimal 165 cm.
• Belum pernah menikah dan sanggup tidak menikah selama dalam pendidikan.
• Harus ada persetujuan dari orang tua bagi yang belum berusia 21 tahun.
• Perwalian digunakan apabila kedua orang tua calon meninggal dunia.
• Sanggup melaksanakan Ikatan Dinas Pertama selama 10 (sepuluh) tahun terhitung mulai saat dilantik menjadi Perwira TNI dan bersedia ditempatkan di mana saja di seluruh wilayah Indonesia (bermaterai).
• Bagi yang sudah bekerja secara tetap sebagai pegawai/karyawan disertai dengan :

1. Surat persetujuan dari kepala jawatan yang bersangkutan.
2. Bersedia diberhentikan dari status pegawai, bila diterima menjadi Karbol Akademi Angkatan Udara.

• Sehat jasmani rohani dan tidak berkaca mata serta bebas narkoba yang dinyatakan dengan surat keterangan dari rumah sakit pemerintah daerah.
• Harus mengikuti dan lulus ujian/pemeriksaan yang meliputi:

1. Administrasi.
2. Skrining Pom.
3. Kesehatan umum calon Prajurit TNI dan kesehatan jiwa.
4. Kesamaptaan jasmani (samapta A, B, renang dan postur/antropometrik)
5. Psikologi.
6. Penelitian personel.

• Prepare, update and manage Punch Lists. SM with PM shall agree with Client close out actions. Outstanding close out actions will be passed to the Warranty / Service teams as appropriate.
• Ensure all Global Rejection Reports (GRR) are raised without delay and expedited through the system to resolution. Progress & Completion
• Responsible for sign-off on contractor MCNs as verification of progress achievement.
• Maintain a milestone completion and verification evidence database so as to track % completion versus payments accrued. Report on a weekly basis
• Ensure continuous fabrication documentation verification is maintained during the course of construction allowing full document set to be available at work completion.
• Ensure implementation of EPiC Document Control System and adherence to procedures on site.
• Ensure implementation of final and ‘as built’ status drawings.

• Minimum of 7 years heavy fabrication/construction management experience

• Having Experience min 10 years as auditor, from Registered Public Accounting Firm and as Internal Auditor, Preferable from Shipping / Logistic / Mining / Oil and gas Industry
• Good understanding theories and practices of taxation, audit reporting, risk management based auditing, financial reporting, internal control, and business process
• Understand about SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) and Risk Management is plus

General Affairs Officer
Work Location: Embassy of Sweden, Jakarta

Duties

• In charge of daily management (including purchase, maintenance and repairs) of property issues regarding the Embassy chancery.
• Responsible for the management, as outlined above, for the Ambassador’s Residence, 4-5 diplomatic staff’s apartments/houses and the Embassy property in Puncak.
• Responsibility to follow-up on conditions in the renting contracts for the embassy chancery, residence and the diplomatic staff housing and keeping up the contact with the landlord’s representatives
• Responsibility to follow-up on contracts with service companies (air-condition, pest control, pool cleaning, diplomatic pouch
• In charge of issues regarding import/export of goods and moving of incoming and outgoing diplomatic staff, including Ministry of Foreign Affairs, moving companies, customs clearance, car registration, diplomatic visas, ID cards etc.
• Responsible for continuous control of satellite phones and other equipment relevant to security and contingency planning.
• Responsible for logistics and security contacts during incoming visits.
• Draft diplomatic notes on relevant general affairs’ issues of the Embassy and other correspondence.
• In charge of the office supply storage room, including inventory and refill (after decision made by sent out staff).

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 3 year of working experience in a similar position in an international organization or Embassy would be extra appreciated;
2. Experience in dealing with Ministry of Foreign Affairs, customs, and other authorities as well as with tax issues is a vital requirement;
3. Proven experience in building management and administration;
4. Experience and knowledge with handling practical issues regarding for example, electrical appliances, building management, general repairing of things.
5. Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft office applications;
6. Excellent spoken and written English and Indonesian;
7. A presentable and self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
8. Secondary school education or its equivalent is required and training/courses in secretarial administration, engineering or technology are distinct assets. 

Salary

In accordance with the Swedish Foreign Service salary system for locally employed staff.

Working hours

According to the standard employment conditions at the Embassy, which includes the duty to sometimes work overtime at functions or high level visitors, and to be ready to work after office hours or in the weekend when emergency repairs in housing must be done.
