MARKETING OPERATION SPV (Central Java)
JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Execute marketing activities in Jateng DIY area.
• Conduct Marketing intelligence and provide competitor marketing activities Report in Jateng DIY area.
• Select and analyze activities/sponsorship which could support local marketing program.
• Create and propose local marketing activities .
• Work location in Semarang, Central Java

REQUIREMENTS:

• Age 27-32
• Male/Female
• Expert in event management, branding management, Media management, & Marketing analysis
• Good communication skill)
• S1 from any major (major in Economic or marketing will be advantage)
• Min 3 years experience in marketing function

Job Description

• This position will be responsible to manage overall performance management process, include cascading KPI top down as well as aligning KPI across business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from any discipline
• Proven track record in defining KPI for own company or clients using balance scorecard
• Deep understanding  of balance scorecard concept
• Having experience in managing performance management system is preferable
• Having knowledge about recruitment process
• Having initiative and easy adapt to change
• Good Analytical and presentation skills
