1. Receiver - Cilacap
Responsibilities
  • Scope of works:
    • Responsible for the effectiveness of the implementation process of acceptance of goods, whether goods receipt and goods stock items direct charge and allocate it to the predetermined location
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma all major
  • Experience:
    • Experience as an employee counter or have a minimum of 2 years work experience in other work units in the field of spare parts planning
  • Computer literacy:
    • Computer literacy ; SAP, Office & Lotus Notes
  • Language:
    • Passive in English
  • Other qualification/ skills:
    • Understand the Specification of goods
    • Understand the goods receipt procedure
    • Understand the procurement procedure
    • Able to operate fork lift
    • Have ability to interact with all levels
2. Safety Officer - Cilacap
Responsibilities
  • Scope of works:
    • To assist with the development and implementation of plans systems, initiatives and practices of Occupational Health and Safety that are aligned with Holcim Indonesia Programs, Holcim Global OH&S standards and Indonesia Country legislative requirements to create a workplace which is free from recognized hazards that are causing (or likely to cause) death or any serious physical harm to employees
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Bachelor Degree Graduated of Technical Engineer (Safety, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical)
  • Experience:
    • 3 (three) years work at Manufacturing Industry
    • 2 (two) years work at Safety Management System
  • Computer literacy:
    • Microsoft office, Lotus Notes
  • Language:
    • Good of English both oral & written
  • Other qualification/ skills:
    • Knowledge of Risk Management System
    • Knowledge and understand of OH&S Standards & Regulation
    • Strong communication and analytical skill
    • Having good presentation skill
3. Logistic Planner & Analyst Superintendent - Narogong, Bogor
Responsibilities
  • Scope of works:
    • Support Improvement team to collect, analyst data and overview the implementation.
    • This job will work closely with all departments in Logistics & Export Directorate.
    • Assist Logistics Improvement Manager to setting Plan for any IT System.
    • This function will perform as SAP and FMTP super user for Logistics for several modules such as SD, MM, FICO, FMTP etc.
    • Initiate any project related to IT, New Technology, SAP System requirement, Internal Control, Up-to-date reporting system etc.
    • Provide a comprehensive planning in term if IT based, to improve Logistics performance.
Requirements
  • Education:
    • Bachelor degree (S1) in IT or management
  • Experience:
    • Experienced in Develop analyst or operation system
    • Distribution or Logistic Knowledge
  • Computer literacy:
    • Computer literacy ; Office & Lotus Notes, SAP
  • Language:
    • Fluency in written and spoken English

1. Corporate Environment Project Officer - Narogong Plant and Cilacap Plant

Scope of Works
  • This position has the tasks to assist the development of biodiversity plan, includes quarry rehabilitation and revegetation and plant gardening, in coordination with all related department and directorate (quarry dept, plant site management, RMX directorate) and start with Nusakambangan quarry as a pilot project.
  • This position also has a role to assist related department during the project implementation and support other environmental projects in all HIL major sites in order to improve HIL environment performance.
Requirements
Education:
  • University graduate in Engineering with Environment/ agricultural background
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in managerial level and several years experience in environment/ agricultural and mining
  • Other tertiary qualification, and/ or extensive Audit Management and Control experience
  • Experience in biodiversity management system would be an an advantage
Computer literacy:
  • Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
Language:
  • Good command in English both oral & written
Other qualification / skills:
  • Having knowledge & skill in handling AMDAL (Environmental Impact Assessment)
  • Familiar with Environmental Management Systems and their implementation at an operational level
  • Ability to analyze technical & environmental issues in order to improve environment performance in all HIL major sites
  • Good communication, strong inter-personal, and negotiation skill

2. Corporate Environment & Compliance Superitendent - Narogong Plant and Cilacap Plant
Scope of Works
  • This position has the tasks to monitor all RMX & Aggregate site requirements for AMDAL / UKL-UPL reporting are reported on time and ensure to comply with the regulations. This position also has a role to ensure all HIL site environmental programs are managed by sites environmental staffs properly and delivered on time, to assist corporate environment and compliance manager in undertaking all requirements of the HIL Environmental Coordinator function according to Holcim Corporate (CIE) requirements.
Requirements
Education:
  • University graduate in Engineering/Science
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in environment
  • Other tertiary qualification, and/ or extensive Audit Management and Control experience
Computer literacy:
  • Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
Language:
  • Good command in English both oral & written
Other qualification / skills:
  • Having knowledge & skill in handling AMDAL (Environmental Impact Assessment)

1. Quarry Manager
(Closing Date: 25-5-11)
(Head Office - Narogong)

Responsibilities:
  • To ensure that the production of crushed Limestone and clay at Quarry can proceed according to set production schedules, and that the operations are carried out safely and comply with statutory requirements. This is achieved through the management and supervision and maintenance of the quarry, heavy equipments, crusher plants, tug boat and barges, unloader and transport in to storage.
  • To contribute to ensuring that the public perception of the Quarry is enhanced by ensuring all operations comply with environmental legislation and PTSC policies & Mining Government regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education :
    • S1 mining/geology
  • Experience :
    • Minimum 10 years in current position,
    • Sertified of Keselamatan Kerja Tambang and Kepala Teknik Tambang
    • Develop technical aspect of opening cut mining/quarrying, material processing and handling/transporting aspect, ship/vessel technical and maintenance, pyro processing operations
    • Supervisory management experience sufficient to provide leadership and encourage high performance from operational personnel
  • Computer literacy:
    • Computer literacy
  • Language :
    • Good command of both oral & written
  • Other qualification / skills :
    • Knowledge of Mine operation and blasting techniques
    • Knowledge of mine equipment selection

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to develop & quality control at quarry limestone and clay with making the map, quarry planning, sampling and analyse to produce the condition product
  • Responsible to safety & environmental at quarry limestone
Requirements:
  • Education :
    • Mining degree/bachelor
    • Having certificate for blasting skill
    • Having certificate of quarry planning
    • Having certificate of safety
    • Having certificate of AMDAL
  • Experience :
    • Min. 1 year in current position
    • < 3 years experience for mining degree
    • < 5 years for bachelor
  • Computer literacy:
    • Microsoft office, able to operate the excel, server, autocard & QSO program
  • Language :
    • Good in English both oral & written
  • Other qualification / skills :
    • Knowledge of mining plan, blasting technique, , safety and quarry environment
    • Filing skills, able to sort, record, and retrieve filing
    • Having good personality, & sense of responsibility
    • Able to organize and consolidation with staff, managers and other superintendent
    • Awareness of OHS at the workplace

3. Territory Sales Officer (TSO Region 3) (Closing Date: 25-5-11)
(Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:
  • Scope of works:
    • Maintaining and expand cement sales for PTSC in his territory ( meet targets )
    • Provide support for the Regional Superintendent
    • Provide direction to ( distributor ) salesman
Requirements:
  • Education :
    • S1 any discipline, preferable in Civil Engineering
  • Experience:
    • 3 years Sales experience

Ensuring Holcim’s Solusi Rumah shop outlets had sufficient knowledge of Solusi Rumah products, services and business model by managing the overall transfer knowledge process and/or training implementation in Solusi Rumah shop outlets all over Indonesia.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree on Accounting, Business Administration, Computer- Accounting
