Responsibilities
- Scope of works:
- Responsible for the effectiveness of the implementation process of acceptance of goods, whether goods receipt and goods stock items direct charge and allocate it to the predetermined location
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma all major
- Experience:
- Experience as an employee counter or have a minimum of 2 years work experience in other work units in the field of spare parts planning
- Computer literacy:
- Computer literacy ; SAP, Office & Lotus Notes
- Language:
- Passive in English
- Other qualification/ skills:
- Understand the Specification of goods
- Understand the goods receipt procedure
- Understand the procurement procedure
- Able to operate fork lift
- Have ability to interact with all levels
2. Safety Officer - Cilacap
Responsibilities
- Scope of works:
- To assist with the development and implementation of plans systems, initiatives and practices of Occupational Health and Safety that are aligned with Holcim Indonesia Programs, Holcim Global OH&S standards and Indonesia Country legislative requirements to create a workplace which is free from recognized hazards that are causing (or likely to cause) death or any serious physical harm to employees
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor Degree Graduated of Technical Engineer (Safety, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical)
- Experience:
- 3 (three) years work at Manufacturing Industry
- 2 (two) years work at Safety Management System
- Computer literacy:
- Microsoft office, Lotus Notes
- Language:
- Good of English both oral & written
- Other qualification/ skills:
- Knowledge of Risk Management System
- Knowledge and understand of OH&S Standards & Regulation
- Strong communication and analytical skill
- Having good presentation skill
3. Logistic Planner & Analyst Superintendent - Narogong, Bogor
Responsibilities
- Scope of works:
- Support Improvement team to collect, analyst data and overview the implementation.
- This job will work closely with all departments in Logistics & Export Directorate.
- Assist Logistics Improvement Manager to setting Plan for any IT System.
- This function will perform as SAP and FMTP super user for Logistics for several modules such as SD, MM, FICO, FMTP etc.
- Initiate any project related to IT, New Technology, SAP System requirement, Internal Control, Up-to-date reporting system etc.
- Provide a comprehensive planning in term if IT based, to improve Logistics performance.
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor degree (S1) in IT or management
- Experience:
- Experienced in Develop analyst or operation system
- Distribution or Logistic Knowledge
- Computer literacy:
- Computer literacy ; Office & Lotus Notes, SAP
- Language:
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Other qualification/ skills:
- Data analyst
- SAP Super user
- Familiar with Computer and system
