1. CUSTOMER SERVICE (CS)

• You will be responsible to build community sustainable plan for residential development from neighborhood lifestyle and regulations, security, communication between residents. You must have a minimum diploma degree from communication/public relation/hospitality. Have a service minded, pleasant, good appearance and good communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome..

GENERAL REQUIREMENT :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts.
• Bachelor ’s degree  in Public Relation/Marketing/Business
• Graduate from reputable university, overseas graduate will be advantage
• Proficient in oral and written English and computer literate
• Exhibit willingness to learn and grow in a fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership and able to work in a team.

2. Sales Admin Staff (code : SAD) - Tangerang and Depok
Job description

• Responsible for daily administration of sales,  pricing and database

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Max 25 y.o
• Minimum Diploma degree in Management or Mathematics/Statistic
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• MS Office is a must, Excellent in detail, Good coordination and communication skills,  Highly self motivated with a good working attitude, high level of professionalism and integrity, able to work independently

3. Building Control Staff (code : BCD) - Lippo Karawaci

Job description

• Controlling/Inspection to building/housing renovation , make sure that all of the procedure must be completed and obeyed

Requirements:

• Male
• Max 26 y.o
• Minimum Diploma degree in Civil/Architecture
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• MS Office is a must, Good coordination and communication skills,  Highly self motivated with a good working attitude, high level of professionalism and integrity, able to work independently

4. Marketing Support - Head (code : MKT-S) Depok / Lippo Karawaci

Job description

• Support marketing department by providing assistance with publications, following up with vendors, organizing company marketing product and event planning, also provide assistance in coordinating company marketing event, trade shows and public exhibition

Requirements:

• Preferably Male
• Max 28 y.o
• Bachelor Degree in any disciplines
• Min 2 years working experience with the same position
• MS Office is a must, Good coordination and communication skills,  Highly self motivated with a good working attitude, high level of professionalism and integrity, able to work independently

5. Promotion Head (code : PRO) - Depok / Lippo Karawaci

Job description

• Create and publicizes incentives meant to increase sales by combining advertisingwith promotios to secure future sales uses a variety of media, include planning advertising campaigns & designing promotional materials.

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• 25  - 28 y.o
• Bachelor degree in Communication/Design
• Min 2 year at the same position
• Computer literate, Skill to create promotion, advertising, design and analyze campaigns data
