Pekanbaru Jobs & Careers----Incorporated in 2000, PT Indika Energy Tbk (''Indika Energy'') was previously known as PT Dipta Diwangkara/PT Indika Inti Energi. Indika Energy however has its roots in the energy sector as far back as 1973 with the establishment of Tripatra, a leader in providing integrated engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services to the oil and gas industry in Indonesia.

Today, Indika Energy (''INDY'', hereafter also referred to as ''the Company'' or ''the Group'') is publicly listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) with a market capitalisation of Rp. 11.6 trillion (US$ 1.2 billion)1 with subsidiaries and associated companies concentrating in its three business pillars of energy resources, energy services, and energy infrastructure.

Currently we recruit talents and potential employees for following positions:

1. HSE Supervisor
Work Location: Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Timur

Requirements:
  • Male or female, 25 - 35 years old
  • Bachelor / master degree any field with GPA min 3.00 from reputable university or overseas
  • Having experience min 3 years as HSE Officer
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Hard worker, honest, and able to work independently as well as in team
  • Perform high leadership skill with professional attitude
  • Self-motivated, highly initiative, well organized, and able to work under minimum supervision
  • Willing to placed in site / remote area (Kalimantan)
2. External Affairs Supervisor
Work Location: Kalimantan Timur

Requirements:
  • Male / Female 27 to 40 years old
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline from reputable university min GPA 3.00
  • At least 3 years of working experiences, preferably in Coal Mining industry
  • Good understanding Government regulation and local community etc
  • Preferably Supervisors specializing Comdev/Comrel/CSR and equivalent
  • Having experience to handle team/as a leader, analytical thinking, highly pro-active, supportive and self motivated
  • Having Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Language : English (Active) and Indonesia
3. Legal Officer
Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Law or equivalent.
  • Male / female max. 35 years old
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Mining Preferably)
  • Required language; English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadline, good initiative and attitude, good analytical thinking, detail oriented, communication and interpersonal skill
4. Finance Staff
Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • He/she have good leaderships, mature, initiative and attitude, good analytical thinking, detail oriented, communication and interpersonal skill
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • 1 Full-Time positions available.
5. Internal Audit Manager
Work Location: Jakarta Raya

Requirements:
  • Male/ Female, max. 40 years old
  • Bachelor / Master degree in Accounting or equivalent from reputable university or overseas
  • Having Experience min 10 years as auditor, from Registered Public Accounting Firm and as Internal Auditor, Preferable from Shipping / Logistic / Mining / Oil and gas Industry
  • Good understanding theories and practices of taxation, audit reporting, risk management based auditing, financial reporting, internal control, and business process
  • Understand about SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) and Risk Management is plus
  • Required language; English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • He/she have good leaderships, mature, initiative and attitude, good analytical thinking, detail oriented, communication and interpersonal skill

1. Associate Application Support - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and do daily (invoice) and monthly (labour, stock issue, stock adjustment, accrued & commitment) data validation, data correction and data integration from other feeder system / application and import / post them into Accounting and Financial System : SunSystems. In this case, we have Maintenance, Inventory & Procurement System : Avantis, Wages and Payroll System : Paytrack, Assets System which is FaMan, and some other data from Sun2Excel.
  • Assist Senior System Analyst in maintaining and developing any existing and new request of Accounting and Financial Report. The reports consists of reports in e-Financial, SunSystems build-in and custom reports, also some other accounting and financial reports in crystal report format
  • Share some knowledge skill between each other in the group Working together with Corporate Trainer to provide a proper training of each Custom Developed Business Application and Ad-Hoc Training required by users
Requirements
  • Male / Female under 30 years old
  • Bachelor Degree IT/Computer sience with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Corporate IT Support System
  • Good manner of communication to user or customer.
  • Application and support integrity.
  • Analytical problem solving.
  • Strong reporting and technical writing.

2. Business Analyst - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Partnering with business users to gather all requirements to formulate business specifications and translating those into business functionality
  • Documenting workflows and results of business analysis and obtaining sign-off from users on specifications
  • Assisting the technical team in translating application functionality into application architecture and the production of a business functionality requirements statement
  • Provides assistance as required to organizations outside of the enterprise to improve internal procedures that may be advantageous to the enterprise
  • Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing business services policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, and make recommendations in these areas
  • Communicating the business directives, goals, and needs to the technical team and serving as business interface from the enterprise’s operational management team managing expectations and defining business satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
  • Male / Female under 35 years old
  • BS or BA level degree in computer science, business administration, operations engineering or related field
  • 5 years of supervisor, administrative or systems procedures analysis experience, three in the business services area are required as well
  • Experience in areas of operations engineering (i.e. work simplification, work measurement techniques/skills)
  • Knowledge of office automation, Information Technology techniques and practices, forms and records management

Requirements
  • Female, max. 28 years old
  • Minimum D3 secretary/ bachelor degree with related major

IT Compliance Officer - Jakarta Selatan
Responsibilities
  • Have Knowledge and good understanding about IT Security and IT Governance
  • Able to perform vulnerability assessment, penetration test and configuration review.
  • Have knowledge about applicable compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Understand about ISO 27001, IT Risk Assessment, IT Service Management and CoBIT
  • Knowledge and understand about IT Infrastructure such as server, networks device, security device and log management tools
  • Have knowledge about IT from an operational perspective, security policies and procedures as well as security standard, technologies, resources and tools
  • At least 2 years IT experience, plus experience in compliance, governance and security
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree from IT/Computer
  • Male/Female 25-35 years old
  • At least 2 years IT experience, plus experience in compliance, governance and security
  • Good in English writings/communications
  • Excellent communication skills both in oral and written communication.
