1. ISO & Service Quality - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Superior in maintaining Acer Customer Service Management System (ACMS) consistently which comply with ISO 9001:2000 requirements, and facilitating culture of quality and continuous improvement in Acer Customer Service.
  • Assist Superior in arranging ACMS documentation in order to ensure the quality manual, procedures, and work instruction are aligned with ISO requirement.
  • Assist Superior in conducting internal quality audit in order to ensure every internal auditor has appropriate auditing competency.
  • Assist departments in implementation of Acer Care Management System so as to ensure each procedures and work instructions are complied by every department.
  • Facilitate and assist Quality Improvement Team in achieving improvement projects.
  • Assist Superior in monitoring the implementation of Service Standard in order to be aligned with the agreed procedure.
Requirements
  • Male
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or Technical,
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in quality management system (ISO 9001:2000) preferably from Service Industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Having a teaching skill will be advantage
  • Self-motivated and initiative, combined with an analytical mind and logical / firm judgement, good problem solving skills

2. Service Development Executive (Cum Sales) - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Sell Options & Accessories using database of Contact Center & Warranty database
  • Follow up sales thru distributors to ensure the stock availability and target achievement
  • Liaise with other related department especially Service Logistics in order to conduct Factory Outlet
  • Develop and coordinate marketing campaign regularly to promote Options & Accessories
  • Facilitate communication among MSR, Service Operation, Reseller & Distributors
  • Develop report covers Sales, Reseller Stock, Activities, Suggestion & Plan
  • Maintain Pricing Structure of Options & Super care
Requirements
  • Female, minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Marketing or Management
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in sales activities or service center in IT / Electronic / consumer electronic
  • Speaks Mandarin is an advantage
  • Self motivation and initiative, combined with an analytical mind and logical/firm judgment
  • Good problem solving skills

Responsibilities:
  • Support partners in administrative requirements for projects, such as supporting letter, and other necessary documents
  • Record all sales performance into database in order to update all data accurately and timely
  • Provide sales performance report to be submitted to Superior for reviewing
  • Support sales team in administrative requirements for projects, such as supporting letter, and other necessary documents, and put into the filing system orderly
Requirements:
  • Female
  • Max 29 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably from Management/ Accounting
  • Min. 2 years experiences as Sales Admin/Support from IT Company / FMCG

1. Second Level Specialist - Server - Jakarta
Job Summary
  • Analyze and handle all issues which related to technical and quality issues of Server in order to support the technical and quality solution in a proper manner and aligned with the prevailing procedure.
Main Accountabilities
  • Handle all special case unit problem which can not be solved by engineer that related to technical, product, and quality issue so as to meet customer expectation.
  • Escalate all of the special case unit which related to quality issues to Asia Pacific team so as to achieve the compliance level.
  • Up date technical information regarding service operation matters from AAP or local to Service Operation department effectively.
  • Provide recommended solution to On Site Service regarding special unit case to be repaired in order to meet the agreed level of SLA & CSI.
  • Develop and provide technical training modules as curriculum needed in order to level up engineer and front liner’s skills
  • Conduct training for product and technical update to engineer and technical group in order to improve their performance so as to support the achievement of department objective.
  • Perform random testing on RMA unit before sending to local vendor in order to ensure QC process by engineer accurately
  • Review and conduct testing on new product in order to ensure the availability of information (specification & feature ) and general trouble shooting of the new product
  • Provide quality report (local and global) to be submitted to Superior for reviewing and decision making process
  • Work closely with corporate sales in term of testing on unit, technical support, and unit installation in order to ensure availability of after sales service and brand awareness

2. Advertising Specialist - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Assist Marketing team in setting up a program of promotion to be in line with the objective of the promotion of Acer products.
  • Coordinate with product marketing and related department (user) in preparing promotion material (billboard/BTL) to ensure the message delivered is clear and aligned with the product promotion.
  • Brief the appointed agency in designing promotion layout (billboard/BTL) to ensure the objective, target, and communication model are delivered and in line with company key message.
  • Collaborate with agencies for Billboard placement (including location survey) to ensure the Billboard is placed in the expected/right/strategic location.
  • Coordinate with Marcom team in distributing material promotion (POP, etc) in order to ensure the material promotion distributed widely to all territory in Indonesia
  • Execute branding activities in 1st tier & 2nd tier location which relates to Sales team projects so as to support the achievement of sales target.
  • Provide sales redemption counter in appointed location in order to support sales program to achieve sales target
  • Coordinate with other related department (i.e Sales, CSD, business Development, etc) in placement of BTL (billoboard, banner etc) in order to ensure the placement is in the right location & position and in line with company dirrection
  • Visit Acer stores regularly in order to ensure all the material promotion (BTL) is on good conditions and to get any update related to material promotion (BTL) for making the next action plan
  • Maintain Acer’s BTL assets in order to prepare regularly budget for next branding activities to get superior’s approval.

3. Event Specialist - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Provide recommendation to user (i.e., sales team) on the event to be executed and accommodate necessary things which relates to the event in order to support the successful of the event program.
  • Propose a proper venue, run down, and time estimation of the event to be executed to user so as to ensure the event is met user expectation as well as budget.
  • Deal and brief with other related parties for the event program (i.e., hotel, agency, EO, etc) to ensure the event execute is met user expectation and in line with the objective of the program.
  • Collaborate with other related medias in relation with the event promotion program (i.e., university sponsorship) to ensure all the information of the program spread widely.
  • Prepare promotion material (BTL – banner) to ensure the execution of event program meet with the agreed target.

4. Sparepart Manager - Jakarta
Responsibilities
  • Develop, and coordinate department plan in order to meet department objectives effectively and efficient
  • Control and review the implementation of department plan as to ensure it is implemented in appropriate manner.
  • Review weekly and monthly report regarding parts management (stock aging, RMA, parts consumption, shortage, etc)
  • Propose department budget and submit to Superior in order to get superior approval.
  • Monitor the activities in Service Logistics department in order to ensure the implementation of ISO procedure is executed consistently.
  • Develop subordinate skill and performance through training, coaching and counseling in order to meet department objective
  • Provide recommendation on alternative solution of replacement unit in special case as to meet CSI
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly meeting within own department to update the information and feedback, and set the agreed preventive action as a guidance.
  • Monitor the stock level so as to ensure enough buffer to support the warranty consumption.

Responsibilities
  • Penetrate, build, and maintain relationship with assigned accounts in Financial Services Industry by developing an effective communication with internal related departments and customers in order to achieve the agreed Sales Target

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute short term strategic plan (3 to 6 months ahead) for the assigned product so as to support Division strategic plan to be aligned with company’s objective.
  • Maintain effective communication with Acer Headquarter in order to gather information regarding HQ’s product strategy, product updates, and product availabilities for notebook, and to ensure the smoothness of forecasting process.
  • Prepare a good product forecast and stock planning for notebook to be approved by superior in order to achieve the agreed target (revenue and GP)
  • Provide quarterly and yearly Product Portfolio, Product Comparison Updates, and Product Positioning reports for notebook to be approved by superior in order to develop a proper and effective Product Strategy.
  • Provide allocation plan for the allocated notebooks from HQ in order to fulfill the need of every forecaster
  • Assist superior in monitoring Project Stock (notebook) in order to prevent stock from aging
  • Provide Monthly Distribution Product Planning for notebook to Acer’s distributor in order to achieve individual & department’s agreed target (revenue and GP)

  • Exposure in commercial sector will be advantage
