1. Information System Assistant Manager - NTC TB Simatupang, Jakarta

Responsibilities
  • Make concrete plan & propose for system (business applications) improvement / new development.
  • Lead & manage business application / software projects, from user requirement, analyze & design, development, testing & trial, implementation until go-live.
  • Manage & oversee his/her subordinates including guide, direct & coach through various duties & tasks.
  • Provide regular reports to IS Manager & open communication with all team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Computer Science, Electrical or Informatics Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00 (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must have excellent skill on ASP.NET/VB.NET/C#.NET and SQL Server
  • Have experience as project manager/leader
  • Preferable having skill or knowledge in AS/400 Operating System, DB2, and familiar with software development lifecycle
  • Have good analytical thinking and logic of verbal
  • Have good interpersonal relationship and communication skill
  • Have good initiatives, fast learner, able to adapt easily, able to work in team, and able to work in under pressure situation
