1. Marketing Communication Administration
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and collect company product’s advertisement from media (newspaper, magazines, etc) to ensure all supporting document completed for claim process.
  • Input and verify all claims to be reported to HQ for embedded 3rd party logo (AMD, Microsoft, and Intel) to support the claim process smoothly.
  • Prepare all correspondence relates to department activities in order to support department activities run smoothly and execute properly.
  • Prepare PR form to procurement and monitor the goods in order to ensure all requisition in line with the procedure.
  • Input approved budget into MOL to ensure all Marcom budget recorded in the system properly.
  • Input to MOL for any invoice to ensure all expenses recorded in accurately and timely.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor degree Male/Female, maximum 31 years old
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in administration
  • Teamwork
  • Able to handle tight schedule
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy
2. Planner Executive
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare regular forecast and sales projection
  • Arrange and monitor production schedule for reworking products
  • Plan and analyze inventory level between finish good and material parts
  • Release and monitor PO to supplier to ensure sales ordering can be delivered on schedule
  • Produce and distribute reports to related parties
  • Monitor inventory aging and control ADS
  • Administer all product data into ERP related to product administration standard
  • Coordinate with user department and supplier
  • Handling and monitoring of claims to factory for defective, shortage or missing parts
  • Other duties related to material planning and logistic scope
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Industrial Engineering or Economic
  • Minimum 2 years experience in same field, fresh graduate are welcome
  • Eye of Details

  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to write and communicate in English is a must

3. QC & Rework Engineer
Responsibilities:
  • Perform Incoming QC Inspection in order to ensure all the finished goods are in good performance (physically & function) and complete (incl. accessories).
  • Assist superior for reworking process in order to ensure the rework process must be finished on schedule.
  • Control reworking process in FG warehouse or Distributor’s warehouse in order to ensure the rework process are meet procedure
  • Visit distributor’s warehouse to conduct incoming inspection for all finish good in order to ensure the goods are in good performance (physically and function) and complete (incl. accessories)
Requirements:
  • STM/D3, majoring in  Computer  engineering - Hardware
  • Male/Female, maximum 31 years old
  • 2 - 3 years working experience as engineer or QC in Service Center
  • High Integrity
  • Result Oriented
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy

Public Relation Specialist - Jakarta

Responsibilities
  • Hold event relates to media as a channel of publicity informing product as well as corporate
  • Establish good relationship with the journalist for favorable media coverage purpose
  • Identify key journalist who is responsible for IT section as well as Marketing feature writing
  • Actively seek opportunity to place messages on the media about Acer : the brand, the product and the management personnel
  • Work closely with media buying in order to gain maximum publicity
  • Analyze the effectiveness of the media relations
  • Manage internal communication within Acer’s organization (employee) and external communications (partner & consumers) using several medium
  • Maintain an archive of all data for internal public in hard copy and electronic in order to ensure the data recorded properly
  • Maintain Acer Indonesia web site in order to keep them update
  • Update any important issues regarding Acer image or Acer organization in media to management of Acer in order to keep them being informed
  • Monitor the news coverage about electronic industry and competitor
  • Analyze the media coverage regarding Acer position
  • Ensure the communications material out to external public represent Acer’s brand policy
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience as Public Relation
  • Male/Female, maximum 33 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Communication

1. Service Center Supervisor – East Java

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the implementation of operation plan in Acer Service Center (ASC) to be in line with SOP so as to achieve the agreed level of SLA and CSI.
  • Follow up & provide the proposed recommendation to superior for decision making process on each customer complaint in order to ensure the achievement of SLA and CSI
  • Coordinate &  monitor service operation team (front desk, spare part warehouse and engineer)  in order to provide excellence service & to achieve level of SLA and CSI
  • Execute program in Service Operation function of CSI, i.e. queuing system, uniform/groom, officer development program, good environment, 5S, etc., in order to increase level of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
  • Set up internal meeting for Service Operation team which related to Operation of ASC in order to achieve high performance of ASC Team.
  • Provide weekly report which including on case quantity (closed and waiting collection, repetitive case ), customer trend, SLA, pending status, spare part warehouse & engineer team performance to be submitted to Superior.
Requirements
  • To be placed in Surabaya
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Information Management/Engineering/Science from reputable University
  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in supervisory level
  • Experience in Service Center Operation in Electronic/Consumer Electronics and IT Industries
  • Self motivation and initiative, combined with an analytical mind and logical/firm judgment
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Strong understanding of available and emerging technologies is essential

2. Marketing Communication Coordinator – East Java (MC)
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the user/client team in the delivery of marketing activities
  • Provide recommendation to user on the marketing event to be executed and accommodate necessary things which relates to the event in order to support the successful of the event program
  • Deal and brief with other related parties for the event program (i.e., venue, agency, EO, etc ) to ensure the event execute is met user expectation and in line with the objective of the program
  • Overseeing and advising on the implementation of a project to be in line with branding guideline
  • Execute activities which relates to ATL/BTL to support other related departments in promoting Acer products to be in line with company objectives
  • Contributing to the ongoing development and implementation of a project in support of the marketing (commercial) team
Requirements
  • To be placed in Surabaya
  • Bachelor degree in marketing, public relation or communication from reputable university
  • Minimum having 3 - 5 years experience of marketing/communications coordination with 2 years experience in handling an events or exhibition
  • Experience and detail in dealing with vendor and become the PIC from concept to final stage
  • Have background in BTL activities but not limited to ATL
  • Good communication & presentation skill
