Currently we recruit talents and potential employees for following positions:

1. Manpower Planning & Development Section Head - Human Resources

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and organize Company’s human resource planning including Organizational Development, Recruitment, Career Development, and Talent Management.
  • Develop and organize the implementation of Company’s Performance Management System (PMS) and People Development to ensure that all employee are equipped with the appropriate knowledge, skills and ability as required by current job competencies and for future needs.
  • Review, coordinate, and monitor the contractual activities of 3rd party employees, in order to ensure that this section provide optimum services to the end users with qualified 3rd party companies and personnel.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management, Engineering, and Preferably Psychology
  • Minimum GPA 2.75, and master degree in Human Resource Management is an advantage
  • Above 8 years experience in Human Resource area and 5 years experience in supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership with good analytical thinking, assertiveness and problem solving
  • Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
  • Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
  • Well Organized, concern for excellence attitude, and strong Management Control.
  • Able to work with under pressure situation.
2. Industrial Relations Officer - HR&GA

Responsibilities:
  • Provide management with clear assessment, implications, and recommendations on any potential formation of labor unions within the company and act as liaison between outside parties and company, as directed by VICO management.
  • Assist Management and HR Relations on significant labor disputes or major employee case handling and business ethic issues.
  • Advice Management by interpreting upcoming regulations, decrees, procedures in the area of industrial relations.
  • Convey and voice the VICO management business position when working with the VICO team in the settlement of labour issues.
  • Review Company policy related to manpower to accommodate current management approved changes in the company regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in LAW or Management with minimum GPA 2.75, S2 in related discipline is an advantage.
  • Above 8 years experience in industrial relations area, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry
  • Having good knowledge in Labour Union
  • Having good understanding in employment law/man power regulation.
  • Good relations with industrial relations institution (APINDO & DEPNAKER)
  • Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.

3. Badak Warehouse Supervisor - Field SCM

Responsibilities:
  • To manage goods/materials, warehousing and comply with applicable regulations.
  • Ensure that materials procured meet with Company's requirement, correct specification and delivered ontime.
  • Coordinate with Vendor, Company Formalities & Custom Clearance, Expediting and Receiving in the Company on goods/material delivery.
  • Work closely with Business Planning Department on correct material specification, quantity to order and required delivery in place to company operation.
  • Knowledgeable with ISO9001/2000.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree from any discipline background, preferably Engineering, with minimum GPA 2.75. or Master Degree in related discipline is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Supply Chain Management with direct involvement in contract preparation or purchasing, preferably in Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Good knowledge of PTK 007 and other applicable tender regulations.
  • Establish and maintain effective storekeeping procedures and systems.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the 3rd party employees in the course of work and showing strong leadersip.
  • Have knowledge in procurement reguation.
  • Mastery in MS office application.
  • Mastery in Maximo or other ERP software, relational database skill is a definite advantage.
  • Understand of Cataloging Standard Codes for Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Good knowledge of materials used in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Willing to work in Field - East Kalimantan.
  • Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
  • Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.

  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
4. Network & Security Analyst

Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor Degree degree in Electronics/Electrical/Communication/IT engineering.
  • 3 - 7 years experience preferably in oil & gas industry.
  • Keep updated with technology development.
  • Good interpersonal relationship.
  • Good communication in Indonesian and English.
  • Self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner.
  • Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
  • Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.
Requirements:
  • Perform routine monitoring on the network to oversee the load and security
  • Perform preventive and reactive maintenance
  • Ensure that all parts of the company computing are on optimum network performance and appropriate level of security.
  • Supervise technician team
  • Perform operations trouble shooting
  • Apply appropriate Anti virus/Spam/Malware, and intrusion detection etc.
  • Keep knowledge on existing network & security problems in it world
  • Keep updated with providers alert system communication with providers such as internet provider
  • Prepare plan for consolidation and enhancement, and perform change management
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedure (sop)
  • Perform capacity planning and designing
  • Maintain good communication with users
