1. Retail Management Trainee
Requirements

• Bachelor degree : all major
• Fresh graduate/max. 2 year experience
• Interested in a challenging career in store management
• Good leadership and business sense
• Located in all branches, shift based
• One year program will be located in Jakarta

2. IT Programmer Analyst
Requirements

• Bachelor degree : Computer Science
• 2 – 3 years experience in ASP, ASP.NET, SQL Server
• Good analytical thinking

3. Customer Management Specialist
Requirements

• Bachelor degree : all major
• An Outstanding academic achievement (GPA min 3.00)
• Min 1 year experience in Research and Development
• Familiar with Statistical software (SPSS – MINITAB) and Microsoft Office Application
• Excellent command of spoken and writen

4. IT Software Development Department Head
Requirements

• A good honours Degree in IT related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Programming
• Experience in Database SQL Server/Oracle/DB2 (any)
• Have a good analytical thinking in technical architecture and technology
• Strong leadership, min. 2 years of experience as Team Lead / Programmer Head
• Programming Certified Professional is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a good command in English is a must (Active)

5. Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Supervisor
Requirements

• Bachelor degree : Electrical/Civil Engineering
• Min. 3 year experience in consultant (design/contractor/retail)
• Able to make capacity calculation and to design electricity installation, AC and plumbing
• Capable to operate Auto CAD and using 3-D model presentation
• Understand in material specification and tender process
• Preferably understand in supermarket retail construction system
• Willing to work over time

6. HR Supervisor
Job Description

• To provide support on HR Key Activities (employee lifecycle, policies & procedures, HR System), to enhance workplace relations and productivity in line with HR Strategy.
• Manage employee lifecycle process, employee records and information
• Maintain organization structure, man power planning and its movement
• Maintain Performance Management system, report, alignment and effectiveness
• Provide assistanceship on Cost & Benefit analysis on every HR initiative
• Able to develop Compensation & Benefit policies, in depth understanding of external pay market and interpret trends

Requirements

1. Graduate qualification : HR Management/Industrial Psychology/Legal
2. Min. 3 year experience in Multi National company/HR Consultant
3. Understanding HR Policies & procedures, HR Payroll, diversity of people & culture
4. Excellent knowledge of Labor Law, HR tax regulation & its application
5. Experienced in HR Service/administration role, HR System & procedures
6. High behavioral competency in result orientation, collaborating & influencing, developing self & others, customer relationship

7. Graphic Designer
Requirements

• Bachelor degree : Graphic Design/Advertising
• Experience min 3 year as a Graphic Designer
• Knowledge in advertising trend and customer behavior
• Knowledge in printing
• Knowledge in product packaging
• Capable to operate software design (Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Freehand)
• Able to photograph
• Good command of English (verbal & written)
• Enclose your portfolio
