Requirements:- S1
- GPA minimum 2.75 (scale 4:00)

2. BCA Development Program (BDP) Sulawesi (all Indonesia)
Requirements:- S1 / S2
- GPA minimum 3.00 (scale 4:00) for stratum 1, and at least 3:25 (4:00 scale) for stratum 2
- Maximum age maximum 25 years (for S1) and 27 years (for S2)
- Systematic communication
- Analysis of high power
- High motivation
- Not married and not willing to marry for education
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
- Passed in the selection
- Selection will be held in Manado and Makassar
- Closing Date :5-10-11
3. BCA Development Program (BDP) Borneo (Papua, South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, South Sulawesi)
Requirements:- S1 / S2
- GPA minimum 3.00 (scale 4:00) for stratum 1, and at least 3:25 (4:00 scale) for stratum 2
- Maximum age maximum 25 years (for S1) and 27 years (for S2)
- Systematic communication
- Analysis of high power
- High motivation
- Not married and not willing to marry for education
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
- Passed in the selection
- Selection will be held in Balikpapan, Samarinda and Banjarmasin
