1. Executive, Security & Risk Management (Code: SRM Bandung) - Bandung
Job Responsibilities
- Organizing Security and Safety operation in West Java region and reporting to GM SRM Department
- Ensuring physical protection and any mater related to Security and Safety of company, people, and properties are managed well
- Oversee the maintenance and effectiveness of security and safety equipments.
- Liaise with local, regional, and national law enforcement on all aspect pertaining to security.
- Coordinate activities of personnel in reviewing or updating measures due to new or revised regulations.
- Review any security/safety incident/accident, conduct investigation to determine the facts surrounding incident/accident so that remedial action can be taken
- Promote awareness of risk management to employees within the region
- Define and communicate preparedness and coordination response in emergency situation
- Interpret security rules and direct subordinates in enforcing compliance
- Assist in establishing operational procedures for activities such as fire prevention and fire fighting, guarding and patrolling physical and investigation of incident and accident.
- Produce report irregularities and hazards to appropriate personnel.
- Produce and maintain SRM documentation, tracking, statistics and reporting
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in reputable university
- Understand or having good knowledge about west java areas
- Skill in operating MS words programs.
- Good English, both orally and written.
- Have more than 2 years experience in Operational Security field.
- Understand and practice security concept.
- Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure
- Willing to be places in Jawa Barat (Bandung)
2. Executive, Real Estate (Code: Exe, Real estate) - Jakarta
Job Responsibility
- Responsible to provide real estate facility to deliver IBC sites and key sites available for network roll-out project, and for network operations
- Coordinating and monitoring Regional Office SA Managers/Coordinators during the processes of site searching, SSR approval, negotiation & PKS (Rental Agreement) signing with landlord, community permit, IMB permit, and any other required permit/licenses to acquire the site
- Coordinating and monitoring monitoring Regional Office SA Managers/coordinators during the processes of negotiation and PKS extentions signing with landlord, IMB/HE extension, and any other required extension of permit / licenses
- Supporting network Roll-out, Network Operations, and other departments for any escalated site access problem with landlord, community, and other local Authority. Responding and following up escalated problem and enquiries raised by landlord, community, and other local Authority to the respective NTS department and (or) contractor
- Proposing and selection of NTS direct local contractors for SA works of each region, in cooperation with regional offices and procurement departments. Coordinating the implementation of prevailling PKS with landlords and building owners, in cooperation with contract management/legal department
- Preparing and monitoring the execution of site lease payment request from landlords/building owners of new acquired as well as extended sites in cooperation with Project Control, Budget Control, Finance departments
Job Requirement
- Knowledge of requirements and processes of SA activity of site infrastructure for network roll-out
- Knowledge of site infrastructures required for implementation of mobile network service
- Knowledge in commercial/contractual of site rental agreement
- Min. D3 in any major
- Strong in negotiation
- At least 3 years experience in related field
- Basic knowledge in telecommunication services and information technology is an advantage
3. Admin, Security & Risk Management (Code: Adm, SRM – Medan) - Medan
Job Responsibilities
- Support daily operation security & safety risk management.
- Administrate and operate aspects of the Safety and Security risk management matter in support of the department task.
- Assist in supporting document incident and accident risk which occurs in working area/filed of company asset.
- Administrative and operate aspects of the Security Risk Management Department in support of the Security Risk Management Manager North Sumatra.
- Prepare reports relate to the Safety and Security matter.
- Ensure that all reports related to safety and security risk management matters are submitted in a timely manner, and that pertinent information is provided to other departments as required.
- Control the existing security guard and make coordination with local military / police, and others related institutions.

- Managing day-to-day operations of Channel Management System which is a system under Siebel Partner Relationship Management platform
- Managing day-to-day operations of Loyalty Management Suite
- Monitoring integration points between Siebel, Loyalty Management Suite, and other correlated systems as well as escalating the integration issues to the proper Managed Service and Planning teams

- Providing support on product launching implementation
- Involve on system integration, system planning and dimensioning, and performance monitoring
Job Qualifications
- Working experience 2 – 4 years with preferred knowledge on any of these following system such as intelligent network, electronic reload, Post Paid, Mobile Money (eCommerce), roaming services, voice mail, USSD Menu Browsing, Ring Back Tone, SMSC, MMSC, SMSGW, Content Based System, OSS, BSS, etc
