- Manage deployment, capacity, quality of BSS according to business plan and quality target
- Arrange project implementation meeting to support the BSS project according time line and provide MOM
- Provide documentation report for each business plan especially on data services

- University graduated from Telecommunication Engineering with at least 3 years experience in BSS and IP Platform
- Deep knowledge on BSS 2G & 3G Network design & dimensioning

- Certified on CCNA or same level
- Familiar on MPLS, OSS, IP Design Infrastructur, IPV6 will be an advantage

Responsibilities
- Responsible for perfect function of SSS/IMS Platform related network elements and advice the 24 hours OAM engineer for ensuring smooth operation
- Handling emergency case and ensuring quick service restoration
- Define the security relevant measures and the implementation into the network
- Interfacing and coordinating with manufacturer's TAC for problem resolution
- Analyze/asses and control any modification of Hardware/Software on live exchanges to ensure no/minimum impact
- Monitoring system quality and ensuring all switch are well maintained and properly operated
- University graduated from Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering with minimum 3 years experience as a second level engineer
- Solid data communication background including IP Communication
- Good knowledge in signaling protocols: SS7, SIGTRAN, R2, SIP, H248, Diameter
- Good knowledge in 3GPP's specification for IP Multimedia Subsystem (P/I/S-CSCF, MGCF, MGS, AS, SBC, HSS, DNS)
- Good knowledge in signaling/routing equipment: Cisco Router, Juniper Router, Cisco ITP/STP
- Deep knowledge in GSM/UMTS/LTE/IMS platform
- Able to work under pressure especially when dealing with problem that impact the customer

- Design propose for enhancement based on network audit including network topology, routing design and other controlling plan design

Responsibilities
- To provide support, implement, integrate and deploy new service on TDM & IP Transmission Backbone network production system for GSM and Corporate services

- Responsible on high risk/impact reconfiguration related to backbone and/or Core level

- To manage and maintain MDS Services to meet requirement aligned with Network key performance indicator/ SLA.
- Having deep knowledge on IP Networks platform and its application running on it as they relate to Telco Industry (3G, GPRS, etc)
