Responsibilities:
- Entry order sales and stock allocation process
- Ensure that sales and AR recorded at proper period.
- Assures that all the invoice documents which are already signed by customer can be proceeded to system in punctual basis
- Monitoring the outstanding ticket / invoice in coordination with sales department
- Check sales return and prepare credit notes
- Check supporting documents for expense claim
- Reconcile petty cash
- Entry or revise PDC and cashier batch
