- Proven track record in defining KPI for own company or clients using balance scorecard
- Deep understanding of balance scorecard concept
- Having experience in managing performance management system is preferable
- Having knowledge about recruitment process
- Having initiative and easy adapt to change
- Good Analytical and presentation skills
