1. Analyst Global Banking (Code: ANALYST-CBA 11) - Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed sector and company research as directed.
• Develop company valuations and create/analyze financial models.
• Interact with clients and various levels of management; act as an integral part of the engagement team.
• Prepare new business presentations.
• Draft memorandum related to marketing and execution.
• Conduct fundamental industry research and quantitative analysis, and attend client presentations as required.
• Act as a resource for the wider Strategic Transaction Group team as directed by Head of STG/Global Sector Teams.
• Undertake all required activities as directed by line manager or as agreed in annual objectives in support of the furtherment of the Global Banking business.

Requirements

• A generalist Investment Banking/Corporate Finance background.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and execution.
• A strong understanding of the financial markets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional academic credentials.

2. Officer Mortgage Specialist (Code: PFS-09) - Jakarta

Requirements

• Experience in selling mortgage for at least 3 years (previous experience in the secondary market is more preferred)
• Experience in leading a team
• Experience dealing with property agency
• Understands the Property Market
• Fast knowledge of Banking product
• Excellent communication skill for both English and Indonesian (oral and written)
• Computer literate
• Above average presentation skills
• Target oriented
• Willing to learn
• Good interpersonal skill
